• Sell prints, merchandise, or digital products featuring your charts

What You Cannot Do

A few boundaries to keep things fair for everyone.

• Redistribute, copy or reverse-engineer the tool or its source code
• Scrape the preset library or bulk-copy the site into datasets
• Claim the chart generator itself as your own product
• Use charts in a misleading or harmful manner

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website DowsingChartMaker.com (the "Site") and its services, including the Dowsing Chart Generator tool (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service & Fair Usage Policy

• The Service provides an online tool for users to create, customize, and export dowsing charts.
• Fair Usage: While we offer "unlimited" chart creation and exports, this is subject to our Fair Usage Policy. To maintain system performance and prevent abuse (such as automated bot usage or rapid-fire bulk exporting that could strain our infrastructure), we reserve the right to temporarily limit or block access if a user's activity is deemed excessive or detrimental to the Service's stability.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the Service:
  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  • To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • To scrape, crawl, spider or bulk-download the Site, its preset library, designs or text, whether by bot, script, headless browser or any other automated means.
  • To copy, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate or reverse engineer the Studio, its source code, layouts or rendering logic, or to build a competing product from them.
  • To bulk-copy the Site, its presets, text or code into a dataset, or to train a competing product or model, without our written permission. Search engines and AI assistants may index, summarise and cite the Site with a link back to DowsingChartMaker.com.
  • To bypass or interfere with rate limits, export authorization, IP bans or any other technical protection.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Service: The Service and its original content (excluding Content generated by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mr. Devendra Kulkarni and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the specific charts and content (titles, labels) you create using the Service ("User Content"). As stated on the Site, you are granted the right to use, reproduce, and share your User Content for both personal and commercial purposes freely, without requiring an additional license from us.
• Attribution (Commercial & Public Use): Charts include a small default credit line. You may hide or customise it inside the Studio for your own materials, but whenever you publish or share a chart publicly or commercially (for example, in books, courses, client reports, videos, social media, or products for sale), you must retain an equivalent visible credit to DowsingChartMaker.com. Removing all attribution from a publicly distributed chart is not permitted.
• Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

The charts you create remain yours as described above; this notice does not claim ownership of your User Content.

Enforcement: Breach of Section 2 may result in immediate blocking of access, removal of content, and legal action, including takedown notices to hosts and search engines. To report infringement or request permission for a use not covered here, email info@dowsingchartmaker.com.

4. Disclaimers of Warranty

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DowsingChartMaker.com or Mr. Devendra Kulkarni MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
• WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS AND INFORMATION ON THE SITE OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.

7. Donations & Support

• Voluntary: The Service is free to use. Any donation you make is a voluntary, discretionary gift that helps cover hosting, development, and upkeep. A donation is not a purchase, subscription, or fee, and it does not create any contract, service-level agreement, or entitlement to features, priority, or support.
• Processed by Third Parties: Donations are handled by third-party payment processors (currently PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Your payment is subject to the processor's own terms and privacy policy.
• Non-Refundable: Because donations are voluntary gifts freely given, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at info@dowsingchartmaker.com and we will review your request in good faith.
• No Tax Benefit: Donations are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
• Optional Public Recognition: With your consent, we may feature your name (and, if you wish, a link to your practice) on our "Wall of Gratitude". You may ask us to update or remove your listing at any time by emailing info@dowsingchartmaker.com, and we will action it promptly.
